The Role

We’re seeking an Onboarding Manager who solves complex problems and collaborates across industries and specialties to drive forward a generational product.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the Onboarding Process: Own the customer onboarding journey from kick-off to go-live. Ensure a seamless, efficient onboarding experience, meeting all service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics, and maintaining constant communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Optimise Execution: Work with the Onboarding Lead and wider customer team to continuously improve the onboarding process, and enhance the speed to live, bringing value to our customers sooner.
