The **Product Owner - Network Security** for the Network and Voice Domain reports directly to the Domain Owner - Network and Voice for Qantas Group Technology. The PO will cover the end-to-end ownership of the Network and Voice security services, encompassing: Product Strategy, Roadmap, Stakeholder engagement, Adoption, Delivery management, Vendor Management and Operational Service Management while ensuring compliance with Cyber policies and procedures.

You will engage with stakeholders across business and technology domains within Qantas, supporting critical services and strategic initiatives for the Group. You will collaborate with Cyber Security, Architects, Business Technology and Development to meet objectives, while ensuring executive stakeholders are across the Strategic direction, Art of Possible, Roadmap, KPIs, TCO and budget targets you own and are tracking.

The PO will facilitate planning and prioritisation of roadmaps with business stakeholders and define delivery sequence to meet overall objectives and timelines. You will also lead the operation of your product portfolio, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable to provide a platform that enables continuous improvement and delivery of value.

You will coordinate closely with the Domain Service Delivery Lead and the Network and Voice Product Owner and Service Partners, potentially managing one or more squads/project teams and Product Analysts. You will be expected to monitor the performance of network and voice systems, ensuring compliance with airline industry standards and regulations. The PO also conducts regular audits, initiating corrective actions to mitigate issues and improve performance. Where required, you will work across teams to solve any issues or incidents in your portfolio.

**You'll have**:

- Experience in Technology product management in a large Enterprise environment
- Deep understanding of Cyber security principles and practices (NIST, ISO27001, PCI-DSS)
- Security certification highly desirable
- Experience in Network technologies such as WAN. SDWN, LAN, WLAN, Multi - Cloud
- Experience Managing the delivery of Data networking Security technologies including NGFW Firewalls, Intrusion detection and prevention, SASE, Cloud Proxy, Secure Access and B2B access in a large enterprise environment.
- Familiar with products such as Cisco FTD, Checkpoint, Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls (NGFW / UTM). Zscaler Cloud Exchange, Cloud Delivered Firewalls, DLP, CASB
- Deep experience working with Data Network security technology vendors
- Experience ensuring technology Service Partners maintain compliance with Business Cyber policies.
- Experience product development, roadmap creation and execution
- Experience in an Agile environment (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of 5+ years in a technology support and/or delivery related role
- Experience in coaching and modelling Agile mind-set and ways of working
- Proficient in multiple Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, design thinking, HCD, and other frameworks
- Expert stakeholder management and commercial acumen to link both business and technical functions
- Experience designing and facilitating fit for purpose workshops that deliver defined outcomes
- Solid experience in operational service management (i.e. ITIL)
