Customer Service Position

The Role:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our customer service team, offering a unique opportunity for enthusiastic professionals with experience in delivering excellent customer experiences and knowledge of agricultural products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control using Pronto system software, promoting efficient inventory management practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must be adaptable, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively and possess effective interpersonal skills, as well as obtain or have a valid forklift license.
