**About the Role**

As an Environmental Consultant, you will guide clients through complex environmental legislation, manage Safety Champion’s Environmental Program, and deliver tailored solutions to address environmental challenges. You'll play a pivotal role in developing Environmental Management Systems, conducting on-site hazard assessments, providing expert advice, and supporting regulatory compliance with agencies like the EPA.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advisory Services: Offer strategic guidance on environmental legislation, regulatory changes, and sustainability strategies.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct environmental sampling (e.g., noise, dust, VOCs) and develop detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist clients in meeting regulatory requirements and managing EPA notices.
- System Development: Develop and enhance Environmental Management Systems, including policies and procedures.
- Environmental Program Management: Oversee Safety Champion’s Environmental Program and maintain our B Corp certification.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Formal qualifications and/or experience in environmental consulting.
- Expertise in current environmental and health & safety legislation and best practices.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to analyse environmental data and develop practical, client-focused solutions.
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders and adhering to service-level agreements.
- Exceptional time management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
