We are seeking dedicated team members to provide meaningful support to people with disabilities.

Job Summary:

This role involves providing direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals with varying disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, and participating in social inclusion and wellbeing activities.
  • Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers).
  • Valid unrestricted drivers licence.
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings.
  • Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care etc.
