Communications Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Communications Assistant to support our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing communication requests and ensuring effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tasks and assignments related to communication requests.
  • Maintain an organised repository of communications information and documents.
  • Develop marketing materials and campaign resources.
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Support the Communications Coordinator with administrative duties.
  • Assist with member communications and website maintenance as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven skills in administration and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A relevant qualification in administration, project management or communications is preferred but not essential.
