Lead Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled architect to join our team in a senior leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical execution, mentor junior staff, and oversee projects from concept to construction in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production and coordination of design and construction documents.
  • Manage collaboration with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Conduct code research, quality control, and document reviews.
  • Develop project planning, design execution, and documentation strategies.
  • Administer construction including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
  • Represent the firm during meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to standards and project milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Architect (RA) required.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite preferred.
  • Expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and technical standards.
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members across disciplines and levels.
  • Experience in public, education, or healthcare architecture preferred.
