We're seeking a seasoned Organizational Transformation Specialist to drive change initiatives that align with our strategic goals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for embedding process, technology, and cultural changes that drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of transformation strategies and plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead change impact assessments to identify the scope, scale, and stakeholders affected.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans to manage resistance and promote adoption.

This role requires a strong mix of change management expertise, stakeholder influence, and commercial acumen. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Credit, Risk, HR Legal, Marketing, and Dealer Support, to ensure that people, processes, and systems are ready for and responsive to change.

Requirements:
  • A suitable tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience in change management.
  • 2-3 years' experience in organisational change.
  • Strong skillset in SharePoint, Camtasia, PowerPoint, MS Excel, and other tools to support change analysis, communications, and online learning tools.
  • Experience coordinating and/or managing change initiatives in a complex commercial environment.
