Software Tester Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software tester to join our team. As a key member of our integrated Agile team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-classification testing team and working collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality software products.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies. You will be required to manage competing priorities, assess outcomes, and document faults and failures in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a multi-classification testing team and working as a productive member of an integrated Agile team
  • Managing, planning, and directing testing activities, including designing, writing, and running integration scripts
  • Assessing outcomes and documenting faults and failures in a clear and concise manner
  • Designing test cases and test scripts to ensure quality of software is understood before being exposed in production environments
  • Documenting technical processes and reporting risks and faults in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
