Digital Literacy and Employability Trainer

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality training services to our customers, helping them improve their digital literacy and employability. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to facilitate engaging group sessions, and experience working with diverse audiences.
The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting the Career Transition Assistance program to Providers, managing referrals and attendance, and providing effective facilitation of pre-employment preparation programs. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with referring Providers, ensure timely administration, and work collaboratively with the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Promote the CTA program to Providers within the Employment Region
- Provide effective facilitation of non-accredited pre-employment preparation programs
- Prepare and educate participants on employer expectations
- Communicate effectively with referring Providers
- Ensure timely administration of the program
- Experience facilitating training tailored to suit a diverse audience
- Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong customer service/relationship building ability
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse customers and team members
