Motor Claims Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Motor Claims Consultant to join our dynamic claims team. In this role, you'll manage Motor claims from end to end, working across a diverse portfolio that includes both intermediated and direct customers.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in ensuring claims are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with compliance standards.

  • Accurate Claim Assessment and Management: Accurately assess and manage Motor claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Timely Claim Resolution: Handle claims efficiently within agreed workflow timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Claim Lifecycle Management: Proactively manage claim lifecycles through diary management and vendor coordination (e.g., repairers, assessors).
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction with empathy and professionalism.
  • Enquiries Management: Manage incoming call enquiries, providing clear and timely support to customers and stakeholders.

Skill Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Motor claims handling.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication to different customer groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven time management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
  • Experience working with external vendors such as repairers, assessors, and brokers.
