About the Junior Administrative Officer Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Administrative Officer.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills and experience in a fast-paced, international environment. As a Junior Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized office space, managing vendor relations, and overseeing business travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.
  • Coordinate and monitor business travel expenses.
  • Verify and process reimbursements efficiently.
  • Handle payment applications with precision.
  • Address office inquiries and manage access devices.
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support international branches with various tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate engaging events and celebrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in an administrative or office operations position.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Jira.
  • A proactive team player capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
