Leadership Role in Responsible Gaming

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for responsible gaming. As the Responsible Gaming Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to drive our responsible gaming initiatives and lead a dedicated team of analysts.

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure the team consistently meets its key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular quality assessments to maintain high standards across the team's work.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders, enhancing awareness of responsible gaming practices.
  • Carry out performance reviews and offer individual coaching to drive continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Manage escalations and address queries related to responsible gaming on an as-needed basis.
  • Monitor exception reporting to identify and mitigate potential risks.

You will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a responsible gaming leadership/coaching role.
  • Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous (Ontario, Italy, LATAM etc.).
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written (second language advantageous).
