Plumber - Edinburgh's Water Expert
About the Role:- Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing issues in Defence buildings and infrastructure.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Ensuring all plumbing work complies with current legislation and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with other maintenance staff and contractors to complete repairs and installations.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in plumbing maintenance and repair work.
- Experience working in large infrastructure environments, preferably within Defence or similar sectors.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent qualification, and valid Plumbing & Drainage Occupational Licence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and appliances. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
