About the Role

Lead a team in health and wellbeing, providing strategic direction, mentoring and expert guidance to key stakeholders.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Mentor and upskill health professionals in complex injury, illness case management, return to work, rehabilitation and workers compensation processes
  • Provide authoritative technical advice and coaching on classification and non-complex case management
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships with key partners
  • Project manage risk and data driven proactive health and wellbeing initiatives
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field - ideally with registration from a professional body
  • A minimum of five years' experience working in a large complex environment, ideally within healthcare or a related industry
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and mentor at all levels of the organisation
