CODA is an NDIS registered, not-for-profit organisation that provides Personal Care, In-Home Respite and Community Access supports to adults with a disability.

We have multiple opportunities for Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, supporting clients in Brisbane Bayside and Southside.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Card / Yellow Card

- COVID-19 vaccination (in line with the QLD Public Health Order applicable to Workers in a Healthcare Setting)

- Current QLD Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates

We are looking for someone who has experience working as a Disability Support Worker or related field, a passion to support people living with a disability, outstanding interpersonal, communication, and resilience skills, full understanding of professional boundaries, and experience in personal care, hoisting clients, managing challenging behaviour, and/or administering medication is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to our clients. We operate 24/7 and require motivated talent to assist our clients across all shifts.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work flexibly and manage challenging behaviour
