Vehicle Refinisher Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and efficient technician to repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre as a Vehicle Refinisher.
  • Follow correct repair methods and complete work to factory specifications and customer satisfaction.
  • Remove damaged panels and parts, and repair or replace them as necessary.
  • Use welding tools, hand tools, and power equipment to reshape and fit panels.
  • Smoother dents and imperfections with fillers and sanding.
  • Align body parts and ensure correct fitting.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to meet repair deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Stay up to date with latest repair techniques and standards.

Requirements:

  • You will have completed a recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Refinisher and hold a qualification such as NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, or ATA.
  • You must have experience working in a busy body shop environment.
  • You'll be a strong team player, motivated by achieving bonus hours.
  • You must be able to work to a high standard and demonstrate excellent knowledge of both major and minor crash repair techniques.
