Vehicle Refinish Technician

Transform the automotive repair industry by restoring Tesla vehicles to their original condition.

Utilize cutting-edge tools, advanced materials, and eco-friendly processes in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint application by removing grease, dirt, paint, or rust using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters.
  • Collaborate with the paint team to ensure timely completion of scheduled delivery times.
  • Fills small dents or scratches with body fillers and smooths surfaces to prepare vehicles for painting.
  • Buffs and waxes finished paintwork.
  • Cleans and reassembles sprayers and power equipment using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths.
  • Details vehicles ready for customer delivery.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the vehicle paint process.
  • Able to receive directions and work effectively with others.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, wet, humid).
  • Physically able to lift items up to 25kg if required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a collision/body repair shop.
