Responsible Vehicle Refinisher

Job Summary:
As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for painting and refinishing vehicles to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in color matching, with experience in preparing, priming, and painting vehicles according to job sheet requirements.
- Colour mixing and matching
- Maintaining a colour library
- Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles
- Buffing and denibbing vehicles
- Handling vehicles with care
- Notating extra paint work required
- Reporting damage or poor previous repairs
- Cleaning work bays and workshop areas
Key Requirements:
- Trade qualification as a Spray Painter
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a trade qualified Spray Painter
- A strong commitment to working safely
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with the team
