Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business improvement initiatives across our organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders from various business units and IT teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and system improvements;
  • Developing and implementing solutions that meet strategic objectives, ensuring scalability and compliance standards are met;
  • Providing expert advice on HR systems and processes, as well as experience with SuccessFactors or similar software;

A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically are essential for this role.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Aboriginal Education Policy and a commitment to upholding our Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large, complex environments delivering detailed business requirements and complex user specifications;
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes, as well as experience with SuccessFactors or similar software;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders;
  • Commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding our Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG.
