Job Title: Salesforce User Experience Designer and Adoption Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce User Experience Designer and Adoption Manager to spearhead the development of user-centric solutions using Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement portal and console interface experiences that meet customer needs, leveraging Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio.
  • E nsure compliance with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and Federal government Digital Experience Policy.
  • Produce high-quality mock-ups using Visio or similar technology, effectively communicating design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Principles and certification as a Salesforce User Experience Designer.
  • A strong understanding of WCAG 2.0 and accessibility design principles, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Proficiency in Visio or similar technology for producing mock-ups, presenting ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication.
