About the Role

As an experienced administrator, you will provide vital operational support to our central Legal team. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and handling general queries for the General Manager of Legal and wider team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the GM Legal and Legal Team
  • Coordinate Legal Team meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure smooth communication flow
  • Identify and implement improvements in legal operations, including automation and reporting
  • Handle invoice and expense processing, generate legal cost reports using a matter management platform, assist with document signing, maintain contracts registers, coordinate travel, organize team events, seminars, off-sites, and manage catering logistics
Key Skills and Qualifications

You will need 5+ years of experience in similar administrative and/or operations roles within or supporting a legal team (Private practice or in-house), experience in filing and general management of legal contracts, strong communication skills, ability to engage and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, excellent IT skills (MS Office Suite), previous experience in matter management platforms, interest in optimisation of technology and reporting, exceptional communication skills, with ability to liaise with all levels, shows initiative with a focus on efficient solutions, reliable, trustworthy, acts with integrity, honest and transparent.
