Casual Support Worker Position

We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill Casual Support Worker roles. This role is focused on providing support to people with disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care and household chores
  • Support clients in accessing community services and facilities
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Mental health experience is preferred
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Location Specific Requirements:

  • Caboolture: Female candidate preferred, capable of working day shifts and sleepover shifts, complex needs experience advantageous
  • Ipswich: Female candidate preferred, able to commit to at least 6 hours per day
  • Sunnybank Hills: Female candidate preferred, fluent English speaker required, excellent driving skills and a liking for dogs desired
  • Loganholme: Male candidate preferred, active and outgoing personality, fluent English speaker required, capable of working sleepover shifts

Licences/Certifications:

  • First Aid Certification (mandatory)
  • Working with Children Check (recommended)
  • Driver Licence (mandatory)
  • Yellow Card (recommended)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (mandatory)
