This is an exciting opportunity to work in a laboratory environment and contribute to the success of our team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for analyzing oat production samples against product specifications, releasing compliant products to market, and supporting the quality team.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Food Science and Technology and/or Certificate in Laboratory Techniques, with experience in food manufacturing or laboratory environment desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:- Analyze oat production samples against product specifications.
- Release compliant products to market.
- Support the quality team.
- Location: Forrestfield (WA).
- On-the-job training for the first 2-4 weeks.
- Training: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm).
- Rotating roster after training.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
