Job Title: Senior Property Lease Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Property Lease Officer to join our team. This role will play a key part in the strategic management of our property portfolio, overseeing lease and licence agreements across a diverse range of properties.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate, implement, and manage agreements that align with our asset management strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease and licence agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with asset management strategies.
  • Negotiate and implement agreements that optimise property portfolio performance.
  • Oversee Licences to Occupy (LTOs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and co-location arrangements.
  • Provide expert advice and support to internal teams on property-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with government standards.

This role requires demonstrated experience in managing lease and licence agreements across a diverse property portfolio. You should also have proven ability to develop, review, negotiate, and implement agreements aligned with strategic and operational goals. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
