**Job Title:** Enrolled Nurse Position

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing quality nursing care for patients in the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing evidence-based consumer-centred nursing care in accordance with the nursing care plan under the delegation of the Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based consumer-centred nursing care for patients in the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
  2. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years full-time post-graduate experience (3-4 years' experience preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year full-time post-graduate clinical experience in the last 5 years
  • Current AHPRA Registration; unrestricted and unconditional as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate: HTLAID001/HTLAID009
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and delivery of evidence-based nursing care within the relevant practice settings
  • Demonstrated digital capacity across clinical systems which contribute to the provision of quality care
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
