Assistant Venue Manager

The role of an Assistant Venue Manager is multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of hospitality expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of our venue's offerings and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing cash control, communication, and team dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
