- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate to develop and refresh roadmaps with customer buy-in.
- Client Engagement & Delivery:
- Serve as an escalation point for consulting teams and provide support.
- Mentor junior consultants and enhance team capabilities.
- Support sales activities through demos, proofs-of-concept, and high-level designs.
- Advisory & Thought Leadership:
- Create advisory products and services.
- Contribute to industry thought leadership and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert in industry domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, ServiceNow Platform Advisory and Architecture).
- Leadership Development (if applicable):
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Coach, mentor, and advise team members.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in delivering ServiceNow Transformation and Enterprise Service Management engagement.
- Experience leading multiple ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with enterprise customer environments and executive-level engagement.
