Our organization seeks a dedicated individual to provide essential support in a residential setting.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the facility.
  • Clean and sanitize residents' rooms, communal areas, kitchens, and bathrooms thoroughly.
  • Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels regularly.
  • Dispose of waste according to infection control protocols.
  • Wash, dry, iron, and return residents' clothing and linens promptly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the facilities management team.

Applicants should possess relevant experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

A Police Clearance is required, and flexibility to work various shifts is necessary.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in an aged care or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Flexibility to work hours Monday to Sunday between 6am and 6pm.
