Transforming Medication Management Systems

">Digital Transformation of Medication Management Systems

We are seeking a pharmacist to contribute to the digital transformation of our health system and make a difference to the community. The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary team providing operation support for medication systems used by clinicians throughout the ACT Public Health System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide workflow design related to pharmacy and medications.
  • Configure workflows in the Digital Health Record and ancillary medication systems.
  • Test configuration and support end-users.
Requirements
  • Australian Government NV1 security clearance sponsored by the Australian Government.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital environment desirable.
  • Current Pharmacy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
