">We are seeking an experienced educator who can take charge of their own room, collaborate with the centre leadership team and educational leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
">Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to enhance teaching practices
">Mentoring educators to develop their knowledge and skills
">Requirements:
">Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
">Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
">Current QLD Working with Children Check/Blue Card
