We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our Intellectual Developmental Disability Team.
This is a unique opportunity for you to work with young people and adults who have complex neurodevelopmental conditions, providing specialist healthcare and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver advanced level mental health assessments, formulations, and interventions to support effective care coordination and discharge planning.
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and implementation of service delivery models for our IDD Recovery and Partnerships Team.
- Provide leadership and guidance in achieving organisational goals, including best practice standards in IDD and mental health.
- Represent the team through collaboration with government and non-government agencies to develop strategic partnerships.
