Maintenance Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our properties and facilities. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operations by implementing a service-centric strategy for overseeing guest needs while executing scheduled maintenance.

As a Maintenance Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team, managing resources effectively, and using your expertise to ensure peak performance and safety standards are met daily. You must also prioritize preventative maintenance to keep things running smoothly in the long run.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a service-centric approach to overseeing guest needs while executing scheduled maintenance.
  • Ensure clear and efficient communication at all levels, from management to guests and on-site contractors.
  • Foster close collaboration with all departments to effectively address and resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably within strata/MLR operations. You should also exhibit strong administrative and computer proficiencies alongside outstanding abilities in stakeholder management and negotiation. Additionally, you must be confident in comprehensive financial understanding of managing a profitable operation, and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance.
