Job Description

The role of Maintenance Supervisor involves leading and mentoring a team to ensure safe and efficient operations. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for managing maintenance work, developing key stakeholder relationships, and assisting in implementing safety plans.

As a high-achieving and team-focused individual, you will play an active role in all incident investigations, develop and strengthen internal and external relationships, and contribute to creating a culture of collaboration and achievement within the team.

With extensive post-trade or relevant mobile maintenance experience in a mining environment, you will possess a strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and community, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Manage maintenance work using efficient equipment servicing strategies
  • Assist in implementing safety plans
  • Develop and strengthen key stakeholder relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will require:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Extensive post-trade or relevant mobile maintenance experience in a mining environment
  • Strong mechanical trade certificate or tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and condition monitoring
