Warehouse Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a warehouse, requiring a strong understanding of warehouse operations across all departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Pick and pack sales orders accurately to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Inspect and put away incoming goods in a safe and organized manner.
- Retrieve job materials as required to meet production needs.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Report discrepant parts to the inventory controller promptly.
- Provide regular updates on store operations to management.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods to ensure efficient logistics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
- A valid forklift operator's license is essential.
- Strong teamwork skills and collaboration across departments are crucial.
- Experience with stock control processes is highly desirable.
- Proven knowledge of warehouse and inventory management principles is necessary.
- Basic proficiency in ERP systems is required.
- Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- A quality-focused mindset is necessary to maintain high standards.
