Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to manage our frontline customer service team. The successful candidate will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and providing guidance and support to the team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage complex and escalated enquiries with professionalism and care, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of customer service and records functions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance regulations.
  • Uphold the values of our organization, promoting community engagement and delivering results-driven services.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience delivering professional, solutions-focused customer service.

Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and support a small team in a busy front-office environment.

Sound knowledge of records management principles, including compliance, privacy, and accuracy.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.

Certificate IV in Customer Service or Business Administration, and at least three years' experience in a high-volume service or administrative setting.
