Solar Farm Operations Coordinator

The role of Solar Farm Operations Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a utility-scale solar farm.

This position involves coordinating daily site activities, liaising with service providers and contractors, and overseeing non-electrical maintenance. You will also be responsible for monitoring asset performance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting emergency response drills and incident reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of electrical systems, solar PV technologies, and asset management. Experience in site coordination, contractor management, and compliance monitoring is also essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required, as well as a proactive approach to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or equivalent qualification in engineering, technical, or project coordination disciplines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are also highly valued.
