
Key Player in Integrated Marketing Strategy

In this marketing position, you will collaborate to implement an integrated marketing strategy across multiple brands.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads.
- Assist in the development and deployment of brand strategy.
- Utilise and integrate multiple advertising mediums including digital advertising, social media, search, re-marketing, EDM, print, and exhibitions to deliver a seamless marketing strategy that effectively engages with customers.
- Maintain the marketing calendar.
- Monitor and respond to social media campaigns.
- Create content to assist with SEO.
- E nsure that all marketing activity and efforts work towards achieving strategic goals.
- Develop various assets for internal and external print, digital and social media to promote the voice of the brand.
- Conduct research to define target customer demographic and highlight the changing needs of core demographics.
- Conduct competitor research, customer trends and deliver reporting of same on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Track and report on ROI from marketing activity.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A tertiary level qualification in business, marketing, or other relevant areas, or proven experience working within related marketing roles.
- 2+ years' work experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Experience with research using data analytics software.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing.
- Experience working with creative and media agencies is desirable.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and product marketing is desirable.
- Intermediate to high-level general computing skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities and demonstrated ability to make effective decisions.
- Customer-oriented, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Appetite for continual learning within managing people and resources.
- Goal-oriented, effective time management and strong drive for results, enabling set deadlines to be met.
- Ability to multi-task people, events and systems activities to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- S elf-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
