Occupational Therapy Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality services as part of a rotational arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to adult patients, including inpatient, outpatient, and sub-acute care.
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities, sharing best practices and expertise with the team.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and clinical expertise.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven clinical expertise in adult physical occupational therapy service delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding caseload, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
