Job Summary

We're seeking a Strategic Consultant to join our team, responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. As a Strategic Consultant, you'll work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements.
  2. Contribute to the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  3. Collaborate with our team to understand clients' needs, agenda, and risks.
  4. Develop working relationships with client analysts/managers, and act as a trusted and reliable partner.

Team Collaboration & Culture

  1. Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clients.
  2. Independently identify issues in defined areas of analysis and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings.
  3. Lead internal and client meetings, and contribute to project management.
  4. Contribute to our firm's intellectual capital.
  5. Receive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  1. Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
  2. Relevant client or internal stakeholder management experience.
  3. Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis.
  4. Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  5. Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
  7. Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutions.
  2. Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties.
