Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to spearhead our organization's complex tax obligations across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including Business Activity Statements (BAS), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Payroll Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and GST
  • Lead the preparation and calculation of Research and Development (R&D) tax claims
  • Manage monthly and annual tax effect accounting calculations
  • Provide expert advice on tax implications of accounting positions and business decisions
  • Collaborate with commercial finance and external advisors to maintain and adjust transfer pricing methodologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g. CPA or CA)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a tax or finance role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and drive successful business outcomes
