Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on cost trending and forecasting
  • Establish and monitor project budgets for optimal performance
  • Regularly produce end-of-month cost reports
  • Maintain risk registers including change impacts
  • Monitor and report actual costs versus budget
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commercial, engineering, finance or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in major infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated experience with cost management tools such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, JDE
  • Developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities combined with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment
