Our Role

We're seeking a skilled Retail Consultant to join our team in Mentone. As a Retail Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expertise in leading bathroom brands, and ensuring customer needs are met with care and attention.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our retail customers and builders, renovators, and designer clientele.
  • Provide expertise in leading bathroom brands with confidence to guide customers in selecting the best products for their projects.
  • Efficiently handle quotes, orders, and communication through emails and phone calls, maintaining a smooth process.
  • Utilize our advanced 3D Planner to visually bring customers' dream bathroom designs to life, enhancing their decision-making experience.
