
Senior IT Resilience Specialist

As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for driving the disaster recovery governance and strategy activities. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement robust disaster recovery plans that ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You will need to build strong partnerships with various stakeholders, including technology and services sections, technical owners, and application business owners.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and updating DR Plans annually to ensure new aspects of the business are covered, developing controls to strengthen the DR processes, and identifying and remediating plan issues and incidents.
Liaising with stakeholders to support IT Disaster Recovery Testing, and collaborating with the Business Continuity (BC) team to drive business resilience.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong partnerships
- Understanding of application/infrastructure interdependencies
- Plan, manage, and coordinate testing activities
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of infrastructure technologies
