Job Title: Virtual Advisor

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service, sales support, and technical expertise to customers across all digital distribution channels.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless customer service through various digital channels, ensuring timely responses and resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Act as a product expert, sharing knowledge and building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Meet individual key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets.
  • Manage incoming requests through the chat function and utilize stream management tools to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain close communication with customers at all touchpoints, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Educate professionals about Tesla products and services, promoting a deeper understanding of our eco-system.
  • Effectively present and sell the entire Tesla product range, highlighting its features and benefits.
  • Provide top-notch customer service throughout the sales and delivery cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create, maintain, and develop sales pipelines that meet expectations.
  • Perform virtual consultations through video calls, supporting customers throughout their journey.
