Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing: Assessing applications, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients' needs.
- Job Advertising: Posting job ads on relevant websites, job boards, and industry-specific platforms to attract top talent.
- Candidate Briefing: Providing candidates with information about the opportunities offered by our clients and ensuring they are well-prepared for the interview process.
- Candidate Management: Managing the candidate pipeline, from initial application to offer stage, including reference checks and inductions.
