Job Title: Professional Services Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Professional Services Expert to join our team. As a seasoned consultant, you will have the opportunity to utilise your expertise in dealership operations and lead impactful projects that drive business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and innovative solutions to boost efficiency, maximise system utilisation, and elevate customer experience to exceptional levels. Your mission will be to diagnose and tailor dealership solutions for better processes, revenue, margins, and DMS usage.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within a dealership environment – you know the terrain
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of dealership operations
  • Working knowledge of eraPower Dealer Management System is a plus
  • Data-savvy, analytical, and insightful
  • Passion for the automotive industry and technology integration
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, resilient, and able to juggle priorities with ease
