**Job Description**: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced facilities supervisor to join our team in Karratha. As a facilities supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of facilities attendants, scheduling and allocating work, and supervising their daily activities. You will also be required to undertake technical and other training as required, and attend periodic team and individual meetings as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To act as a working supervisor, leading a team of Facilities Attendants
  • To be clear about annual personal and company objectives and to take part in regular appraisal processes
  • To undertake technical and other training as required
  • To facilitate a team environment and foster a culture of service excellence
  • To deputise for the Facilities Manager in their absence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two years' experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role
  • A minimum of six months experience of supervising a team
  • LF Forklift license
  • Manual Drivers license, Class C

Benefits:

  • Salary ranging from $80,000 – $90,000 + 12% Superannuation

Others:

  • To ensure all health, safety, quality and environmental standards are strictly met
  • To follow Standard Operating Procedures in all relevant areas of Facilities services
  • To process all maintenance requests through Civeo property maintenance management system
  • To take part in Project Working Groups as required
