**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Outreach Representative to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive, customer-oriented, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.

The Sales Outreach Representative's responsibilities include:

  • Contacting potential customers via phone to promote and sell our products or services
  • Delivering scripted sales pitches to customers and answering their questions about products or services
  • Explaining the features, advantages, and benefits of our products or services to customers
  • Maintaining a database of customer information and sales activities
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products or services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in using computer software such as MS Office, CRM software, etc.
