About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Kilmore branch as a Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers to support the sale of agricultural products and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in store and on farm.
  • Oversight of supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are being delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPIs.
  • Manage safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest standards.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual with strong sales and business acumen, a proven track record in sales of agricultural products, and the ability to develop solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders.
